3-round interview process. First round was with the manager covering basic role details and responsibilities to see if you're good fit/team player. Second round was with a someone from team. Third round was with the system admin.
Getting a first interview with a Fortune 500 was exciting and I had high expectations, but the Talent Acquisition/HR experience was very disappointing. The process is extremely slow and can easily take 2-3 months from the date of interview. For a large MNC I understand some delay, but the HR team was unresponsive, emails went unanswered, communication was primarily via phone, and they would never pick up when you called. Updates only came when they decided to reach out.
Salary is also below industry standard, and even with a competing offer, the hiring manager offered no support. When asked for help, the response was essentially "best of luck." This stood in stark contrast to a smaller company that offered 25% more and whose manager actively went to bat with HR to help get me on board.
