Initial screening done by an employment agency. Interview by a very pleasant department manager, fairly informal and relaxed. Questions mostly related to experience, specifically Excel, data input, researching the internet and taking business calls. Some "fitting in" type questions. The manager is a confident decisive person, made the hiring decision during the interview.
