THe company interviewed several people for the position. They are very selective and are looking for both experience and education. One is not a limiting factor for the other however. Typical interview is by two people during two different interviews. Overall, I would rate this the best company I have ever worked for and it has exceptional benefits. It far exceeds most large scale corporations. Advancement is somewhat limited due to the local location but if interested, nationwide opportunities and advancements exist.

The interviewer was not so nice. Was very anti international people and was specific about if you live in germany you should know german (be fluent). So we ended the interview 30 mins earlier
