A recruiter contacted me about the position and referred me to the company. They were interested so I had 2 phone interviews. One of them was suspiciously short, but it turned out that the person who interviewed me left the company right after I started. After the 2 phone interviews, I had another offer, so they gave me an offer without an on-site interview.
