This was actually a contract opportunity. The specific position, Sourcing Engineer was something I hadn't done previously. But, this facility needed an engineer who was customer facing to handle technical, non-design problems/issues. I met their requirements nicely and actually had the offer during the day following the interview.

It was quite an engaging sharing session that feels informal. Very comfortable interview process. The interviewer was very nice. Most of the questions are resume related so do prepare for it beforehand.
