The whole process took approximately 2 months. Mostly by phone. The recruiter called me and set up an interview with the HM. I had approximately a 30 min phone interview with him. A few weeks later they scheduled an in person interview and arranged travel for it. The in person interview was fine but a little chaotic. A couple of the people had to rearrange the time I was meeting with them because of scheduling issues. In the end there was one additional person they wanted me to interview with that wasn't on the schedule (and I had a flight to catch). I had to do the interview by phone later. However, the experience itself was not that bad and was pretty positive.
