Interview was with manager and another TAS colleague, first part was led by the manager and then second by TAS agent for testing the technical knowledge and the language skills for the language you will be supporting in case you are not native

i had 2 interviews, one was face to face on their office, the other one on the phone
the face to face one was a standard interview, then i had to prepare a presentation on the phone also to test my languages skills
the interview process lasted about 6 weeks overall
