After applying, I received an email from their recruiter to set up a phone interview. It went well, and he wanted a second interview over Microsoft Teams with the person that would be my manager. Nothing seemed to happen until I sent an email inquiring if there was still a second interview. The second interview was set up and went well, and I was asked for an on site interview that they would set up. Again nothing happened until I inquired if the interview was still going to happen. The third interview I thought went well, and I got a tour of the construction site that I'd be at half the time. They wanted a fourth interview, and said they would set something up. I followed up with two emails spaced a week apart. They ghosted me, haven't heard from them since. A simple "No." would be sufficient so I don't waste time worrying about missing a phone call or email.
