In general, the interview process was okay, an initial interview with HR, then a study case and an additional interview with members of the team. What I find not respectful at all though, is when HR team ghosts you even after you have spent time and effort preparting the practical case they sent you. They have been ignoring emails asking for a follow up for almost 10 days.
