The interview process was unprofessional. In my first interview with HR I had to ask more questions than the person conducting the interview. This wasn't a huge problem but worth noting. The second interview went well and I was told I would be getting a third interview recommendation. After waiting for 2 weeks I reached out to the HR employee directly via email. I received no response. After 4 more business days I reached out to the company via Indeed. HR finally responded telling me to wait until Friday for a response. They responded Friday stating they moved on with another candidate and I was never given a third interview, even though I was told I would get one. Overall there was a disconnect between HR and the cybersecurity department. This whole process was time consuming and very unprofessional, as I was never given the third interview I was promised.

The HR questions from the first interview were very basic. The interviewer did not provide enough info on job so I had to ask multiple questions. The second interview conducted by cybersecurity personnel had the regular questions one would expect for the industry.

Very smooth and transparent interview process. First step was a 15 min virtual call with the company recruiter to go over resume and company details. After that I had a meeting with the CFO which was a cultural fit interview and learning a lot more about the company.
Next step was a 30 minute interview with their Tech Lead VP. This was much more of an interview where in depth tech questions were asked about my knowledge level to understand my experience in the Cloud. Following that a few days later an offer was extended which was very competitive.
I ended up declining as I received an offer from another company that was more in line with where I wanted to take my career, however every single person I spoke with at ThinkStack could not have been warmer or friendlier. I definitely had a positive experience (especially compared to other companies I've interviewed with recently) and could not recommend them enough from the exposure I have had with them.

Very straightforward and clear-cut process. Organizer was very kind, easy to communicate with, and transparent. All individuals interviewed with were communicable and professional. It began with the organizer/talent screening, and then with a few individuals such as managers and directors.
