1. Recruiter reached out, he was nice and seemed to care about me and my concerns for the company
2. Short call with CTO where he asked me 2 questions and said I want you to come in, where I knew nothing about them(other than my own research)! Had to squeeze out some information about the company, but felt weird about taking the time to do an in person knowing so little about the position or company.
3. In person with CPO who was not on the same page as CTO and recruiter. He cared more about finding a math oriented person (which I graduated in math/stats role 6 year ago) than someone who knows how to build products (also been doing for 5 years), which was not represented in job description.
Overall was very unprofessional and never gave me the opportunity to ask questions about them. When I stumbled my way through a calculus question, he said he needed to go another meeting and walked out. They treated me like I didn't just take a half day from work and take 3 hours out of my busy day to come to their office and evaluate their company.
