Originally interviewed for a contract position to fix some usability issues in the UI, I pursued a full time position as Director of UX because of the amazing potential and promise of the collaboration technology. The culture is very 'startup': a with a lot of individual freedom of method and execution. A larger-than-life CEO with an amazing vision runs the show. Though the CEO is very involved in making design decisions, the C-suite isn't in the office much. I interviewed all day, talking with all the current Directors and C-suite that were in the Denver office. (5 people). 'Cultural fit' was high on their list because it's vital that the person be high energy - they go through people quite rapidly.
