Emailed a local branch with resume, and got a phone interview. The interview was very simple: 3 questions and general experience with tutoring. Then had to do a face to face interview at their HQ in Santa Clara. The office looks fairly empty and has an unoccupied feeling. All the employees and managers are very friendly and personable. They are very frank and generally very helpful. After phone interview success, I had another face to face interview at the local branch. The manager there was also very friendly and had an incredibly familiar attitude.
