I got through three interviews. first was with the hiring manager second interview was more of a technical q&a/get to know the team , but Ithink that's because the person who was supposed to interview me wasn't available that week, then I met with my potential manager

They called my phone and asked me about my background. Then they asked me some questions about my teaching experience and my teaching style. The interviewer put herself as a student and asked me some questions. I supposed to answer her clearly.
