Simple and straight forward behavioral interview. You meet all of the interviewers all at once at first, but no reason to be intimidated. You separate off and are interviewed by two people for each interview. There was a "case interview" that basically was a supply chain deconstruction. People were super friendly and genuinely interested in hearing about your values and leadership qualities.
2 rounds. First round talk with senior research analyst, behavioral questions. Second round talk with team head, stock pitch, case study. Long discussion, taking around 90 minutes, asking everything in the cv

Dont let them trick you into thinking this is an actual research position. You will be cold calling people most of your day. The interview process is relatively simple, first spoke with a recruiter who passed me onto an in-person round. I never heard from them after that.

Had an interview for Forum role in Hongkong. Straightforward interview. The recruiter was very pleasant and nice, she was very professional. Prepare for your understanding of the role, although she was very nice in explaining the role in details, you knew it’s a major concern if you have no idea about the position youre applying. She also provides transparent feedback which I really appreciates. Not all companies or recruiters do the same. I always see this recruiter in job fairs and she’s overall nice and very accommodating. I would recommend trying an interview as it will change your perspective about the company and the role.
