Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite l'università. La procedura ha richiesto più di una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Third Bridge (Londra, Inghilterra) nel mese di lug 2016
Colloquio
Shortly after applying online, I received an e-mail telling me they will call within a couple of days. The call was a short first interview, which directly ended with scheduling of an interview at the office.
I had the interview within a month. It took 2 hours and I spoke separately with 2 mid-level managers (operations, not HR!).
The interview was heavy on own past experiences as evidence for the aptitudes needed for the job (ability to take feedback, fast development, boldness to speak to CEOs and make cold calls among others.) There was also a value-chain case study to test your ability to navigate around an unknown industry and obtain relevant information.
I received the job offer within the week.

What do you expect to learn and achieve in this company?
2 rounds. First round talk with senior research analyst, behavioral questions. Second round talk with team head, stock pitch, case study. Long discussion, taking around 90 minutes, asking everything in the cv

Dont let them trick you into thinking this is an actual research position. You will be cold calling people most of your day. The interview process is relatively simple, first spoke with a recruiter who passed me onto an in-person round. I never heard from them after that.

Given this case industry, what types of industry experts would you contact on behalf of a client who is looking to invest in a company within that sector.
Had an interview for Forum role in Hongkong. Straightforward interview. The recruiter was very pleasant and nice, she was very professional. Prepare for your understanding of the role, although she was very nice in explaining the role in details, you knew it’s a major concern if you have no idea about the position youre applying. She also provides transparent feedback which I really appreciates. Not all companies or recruiters do the same. I always see this recruiter in job fairs and she’s overall nice and very accommodating. I would recommend trying an interview as it will change your perspective about the company and the role.
