Did not even apply for this job, received a call and they scheduled an 8 am interview. Interview consisted of a few questions and then a cold call "test". They asked me to return at 2pm for an "assessment". basically had to come back and start cold calling people asking them questions about their perceptions of sales for four hours. Got the job but did not accept it, seemed like a terrible job.

first one ask you about the company and stuff, ordinary questions.
the second one ask you to perform:
1.ask you do translation. don't think they evaluate that.
2.ask you to call up a retailer ( the interviewer). asking standard questions. evaluate your performance later.

You apply online, they get back to you, you come in for an interview and if that goes ok they invite you for an assessment day, it took them quite some time to get back to you
