Phone interview, basic competence (S.T.A.R.) questions. Clearly, they interview a lot of people, so the interviewer was not engaged or interested, just asking questions according to the checklist. Didn't pass the phone stage as I actually lost interest while reading more about the firm before the interview.

After submitting application form online for a few weeks I received an email from HR to answer some basic questions and then arranged a phone interview. The interview was an initial part of selection that contained quite basic questions.
