Reached out to a current employee to learn more about the company who was willing to refer me. Heard from the company in less than a week for a phone interview followed by super day in NY office. The phone interview focused heavily on communication skills, working on a team, prioritizing time, etc. The in-person interview was similar. Took myself and 2 others into a room to watch an intro video prior to the start of the 2 hour interview. We were separated and 2 employees interviewed each of us. First they asked a lot of questions similar to the phone interview and it felt repetitive. They introduced the case study and we walked through it. Those 2 people left and 2 more entered. I was asked to repeat the case study to the next 2 interviewers and they proceeded to ask more questions about working in a team, etc.
