My first interview was a phone interview with the human resources representative, and then a video interview with a group from Third Bridge, there were three employees. The second interview consisted on competency questions, about 7? and on the job questions such as taking calls.

Strange... I ended up not following through with the second interview because I felt like the job had been completely misrepresented on the posting. The hiring manager was very nice but could not answer any of my questions about the company or benefits.
