The interview process was not very long, took about 2 weeks for me to start working. They do not have an HR so you mean with your potential boss and 2nd interview with members of the team.

The location in Hammersmith is quite tricky to find. The office is small, the front desk was unpleasant and did not make me feel welcome at all. I had two brief interviews. Both were unstructured and informal. No HR personnel
