You just go in and meet with the owner. Very laid back and no stress. Only have to meet one time and if they like you they hire you on the spot. You are then given a tour of the house, bars, theatre, and grounds. They go over the responsiblities and then that is it. You might get offered a cocktail, you can smoke if you want. This is a rock and roll environment and is more for someone younger and can handle the noise and late night hours.
