There were 3 major steps to join Thomson Reuters. The first consisted of a long online test; The second consisted of a group dynamic and - later - individual interview for each candidate and finally; The third and final step was a remote interview with my manager.

I had a phone Interview lasting about 30 minutes. I spoke with 3 Attorneys on the call. The Interviewer began with a basic intro to the company, background, locations, etc. Next interviewers shared information about the job, such as requirements, continuing with the company etc. The questions were as I expected, ranging from basic screening questions to questions about prior legal experiences.
