I submitted my application online through their website. Was contacted several weeks, if not months, later. Consisted of a phone interview which was simple and straightforward, then two in-person interviews, which were also easy. After that, another phone interview and Webex was conducted with the Boston office team, which was simply answering questions about why you like working with technology as well as choosing your favorite investor relations webpage and why. The final interview was with the group director and was very informal. It was essentially choosing between me and another candidate.
