The Interview was very good, mostly you can find a competitive friendly Environment. First there would be a General personal touch followed by a JAM session and then there would be a writing test on English and XML related questions, once cleared there would be a Ops Man round by senior managers and the team lead whose team you are getting recruited for. Even in Ops round there would be a friendly environment.

Mostly focused on grip in language and knowing the strengths and weakness of the candidate and why should the candidate be selected and how is he gonna fit in the role and company along with if he is ready to commit (signing bonds, which is just for formality, need not worry here there are no bonds to be signed)
