I was contacted by the talent acquisition team through job portal. The process involved one telephonic round for an hour, which was followed by panel interview and then HR discussion.

Most of the questions were related with my past experience, but the interviewer wanted me to deep dive in every project that I discussed. He was more keen to know if I have really gone deep to work on my finding.
Interview Process was fairly basic . HR screening interview followed by Hiring Manager interview. Basic conversational chat , relaxed environment. Poor connection on Thomson Reuters end for the Hiring Manager video call.

Too standardized and rigid interview process. To my amazement the job description had nothing to do with the job role described in the interview and that was very difficult to manage during the interview

Colloquio
Had phone interview with HR which went well. HR person from NY indicated that he would try and set me up for a 1O1 interview with the hiring manager who was based in the UK within the week. 1 month later, no word from HR. Very unprofessional.
