The interview process was pretty straight forward. It began with an initial interview with the HR recruiter which lasted 15 minutes and was a brief introduction discussing my background and why I feel I would be right for the position. This was followed by two conference calls with two managers and a final telepresence interview at the NYC office. I received a satisfactory offer less than 24 hrs after the final interview.
The HR recruiters were very organized and communicated well.

They will invite you to answer an electronic exam first consisting of questions about finance and investment management, Once you pass the exam HR will interview you and after passing it a panel interview will come. Mine has around 4 managers who interviewed me about technical knowledge and soft skills you can offer.

The interview process was constructed really well. Very welcoming and forthcoming. Definitely developed a rapport and a great buzz all round. Good all round chat around the business and team and what they were looking to develop grow and establish, couldn't ask for a different prociess all round.
