It was structured like a basic interview, including the STAR response formatting. There was a lot of behavioral questions, and the interviewer was very nice. Overall, was not very "difficult" and was kept light.

She became annoyed at me, and told me (sounding very angry/annoyed) that "she didn't want another long-winded answer", then asked a question about sales, that I did not understand and was robotic. She told me it wasn't going well, and I asked to be moved out of the talent database.predicated on that interaction.
