It was two rounds of interviewing. One round with one person followed by an assessment. The assessment was fairly difficult and took about two hours to complete. After the assessment, I met with the hiring manager and had the position.

Easy, straightforward, simple. Good communication from them, easy to talk to, easy to understand. Found the job interview very simple and straightforward. Phone interview, test, then video interview, it was all very simple and fast.

The HR sucks. They honestly just ghosted me after a point. Very poor management & they were the ones that reached out in the first place. It was disappointing to say the least. For an average job with average salary prospects the least the company can do is be better at communicating to their candidates
