I took the exam yesterday, it had three parts: 1. BUPLAS test (fairly easy) consists of 10 item grammar multiple choice, 2nd was a listening test which consists of 5 questions and you will be given one sound material. the third was answering three E-Mails. they will give you samples of customer emails, although what they will look for is your composition and how you delivered and replied and builded rapport with the customer and how you end it. so make sure to practice replying to emails in a quick matter but jam packed with information, as this three part exam is only for 46 minutes only. after passing this part 1 of the exam, the next exam was a bit difficult. it was about financial terminologies specifically (DERIVATIVES, STOCKS, FIGURES, TAXATION, GOLD, LOANS, EQUITY, BONDS, INVESTORS etc) and a bit of accounting computation but they will allow you to use a calculator. this exam was very challenging but this exam is not a pass or fail basis but they just want to know your knowledge about the job description which in my case is regarding the financial industry ( please be reminded that before you reach this test, you must first pass the first three exams for it is a progressive type of exam and the system will automatically detect if you passed of failed and if you fail. you just need to stay there and wait for the proctor to come back and discuss matters if whether you are eligible for another retake of the exams.) after the exam, they will tell you to wait for a while for the HR initial interview. the interview was fairly easy, basic questions about yourself, about the company, why you want to apply, about your previous work ( if you have any) the interview took about 30 minutes. and the HR representative told me that they will contact me again on january 4,2016 because its the holiday season. but according to her the next interview would be with the team managers and if i pass this exam, job offer is the next step and immediately my training will begin on the 2nd week of january. The overall feel of the initial interview was light maybe because it was christmas season or what but she was very nice and i did not feel any sense of intimidation towards her which led me to give her essential answers. so apparently my experience is not yet finished but i will update further once i get hired.( and i do hope that i make it)
