The interview process was very positive and educational. It consisted of a phone call followed by a face-to-face with the Director of Merchandising, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer. I was told quite a bit about the position, company culture and what would be expected of me. Overall, it was a very relaxed, open experience with some wonderfully responsive people.
