I was sent a skills test after passing the phone screen, which consisted of coding one of several full applications. It took them a few weeks and some emails to get back with feedback that could not be related to the code I had submitted. The recruiter refused to investigate further after pointing it out to her.

The interview consists of two rounds and takes about a month. It mainly asks about the understanding of the business and the ability to cooperate with others, and also includes some assessment of personal technical abilities
