Applied on Linkedin. Got a call after 2 weeks. There was a quick recruiter screening on my background followed by a skype interview.Mostly role related questions and why I wanted to join thoughtworks. Was invited to their office for a day long session of interviews .Several technical glitches and skype connectivity issues later, the interview started 15 min focused on role related questions. 1.5 hours on a "culture" interview.-it was meant to check alignment towards the thoughtworks value system! But i was asked questiins like which political party I support! Completely irrelevant to the role or company and these are the kind of questions that lead to interviewer bias in my opinion. after the face to face rounds i had to follow up with the recruiter multiple times for an update.very unprofessional staffing team
