There was a HR screen, followed by a short coding exercise then a technical interview. This all within a week. I didn't hear anything for 3 weeks, assumed that I hadn't been successful, only to be called in for an interview in Chicago. In Chicago there was a quick 1:1 followed by an IQ, personality and logic test. Then a pairing programming exercise with a junior developer. Then an ethics interview and finally a technical interview.

The interview was for .Net based developer.
First round was a coding round, where you will be given 2 work items that needs to be solved. So the analysis is basically on the thought process, and problem solving ability.
Second round is more a deep dive on your skills, previous projects and its work experiences.
Cultural round is more of things on how you behave on different scenarios and cases.

Interview process is very well designed, and separated into phases: one for culture, another one for a pairing interview, another one for a technical interview and a last one for leadership (in case you are a Lead or higher).
