I had a telephonic interview first. That was good. On coming weeknend, was called to their office. Interviewrs directly started with white board coding. And, multiple questions were put in the meanwhile. It was tough.

4 Technical rounds and 2 non technical. They can offer you less package than your current package once you complete all the rounds. So think before you go for an interview. Panel is not technically strong so they won't understand someone else's way of thinking or logic, they will expect only theoretical and bookish knowledge.
