Initial phone screen with internal Technical interview. This was followe by a video interview (code pair) a week later. Question was sent before hand. The question was very simple, some commands and based on the commands execute operations. The test was designed to be a collaborative exercise to test communication, TDD and BDD. But it was not collaborative at all. Infact the person who called me seemed disinterested and lacked enthusiasm. I expected the interview to be an "experience" based on blogs but this person made sure it was not.
