The process was ok! Not the best but ok, the interviewers are decent and professional. However, when it comes to offer stage, turned out that the recruiter cannot give me the expected salary that I want. Inspite that she promised to be able to make it at 200 K, but in the offer it showed 150 K. And yeah that lady attempted to ring me and convince me forcefully. Not a good experience, my advise to interviewees would be asking for another recruiter not the lady one. She cannot make it up to the promise that she gave, also she will try to compromise the situation and her ethics/manners are extremely inappropriate. This interviewes were for Bangkok office.

The interview process is quite elaborate. There'll be a tech screening round, two technical interviews one of which will include code pairing, a social change round and a leadership round
