I attended an off-campus women only drive organised by ThoughtWorks. The rounds were totally different. round 1a: simple coding(logic is more imp)... round 1b : logical assessment(flow charts will be given. the steps should be followed to get the output.).. round 1c: code pairing round (for the 1st 45min we have to do it alone and for the next half an hour a though worker will help us in improving it.The problem was similar to designing a mobile keypad and to translate the number input to text. The text should be checked if it matches with some words they had given. logic is very important ).. round 2a : tech interview(practical problem that could be solved using oops was asked). round 2b: tech interview(questions on dbms, os ,oops, java,compiler,networking,etc were asked) round 2c: general hr (they look for one's ability to learn). round 2d: stress management round (simple questions for eg, do credulous and credibility mean the same.. were asked. 50 questions to be solved in 12min.). round 3 : values round (to check if one's principles in life match with the principles of thoughtworks. Also they would ask our comment on certain social issues.its better to be broad-minded.)
