I applied on linkedIn and received a call from HR after a month of applying for the opportunity.I was asked to attend a workshop related to API Testing which was conducted virtually on a Saturday. 1st Round: Workshop/ code pairing How to test using Postman and automating an API using TestNg were explained and we were paired with their employee wherein they asked to write testcases for few scenarios and automated them. 2nd Round : Coding Few coding challenges, writing test cases and aptitude related questions were asked 3rd Round: leadership They try to see how confidence you are and if you have leadership skills. Don't take this round lightly as you can also be rejected here.

The interview process is quite elaborate. There'll be a tech screening round, two technical interviews one of which will include code pairing, a social change round and a leadership round
