Thoughtworks' interview process is innovative, friendly, and enjoyable in general. The company put a lot of emphasis on pair programming. Interview questions are very straightforward and understandable. The whole interview process takes about 3-4 weeks depending on the position and location that you are applying for.

I was referred into Thoughtworks Bengaluru. After a basic HR screen, a PM grilled me on BA-style scenarios. After that, I prepped a two-day case study to roleplay a consultant.
