Well organised, friendly, welcoming, open, transparent. Open communication allowed early identification that we did not have the same goals at the moment and decided not to continue. Perspective that varied industry experience is more important than being an expert in any.

Three interviews - recruiter, hiring manager and case study. Everyone was nice and friendly enough and the case study interview had two interviewers. At no point did I feel like anyone was particularly interested in me or my experience however. The case study interview brief for PM was poorly conceived, unclear and even poorly written I thought (surprised really). Interestingly I've interviewed here twice now for a PM role (9 years apart) and on both occasions I ended up with a similar experience - I was taken quite far through the process given generally good and positive feedback during the interviews (no negatives at all) only to be told no at the end. On both occasions, talent acquisition folks cut off the process in a fairly cold manner offering 'routine' snippets of feedback feeling very much from a scorecard (a departure from the friendly tone during the rest of the process). This time it took a full week to get to a no after the case study interview. I get the sense TW aren't great at being honest with candidates and don't know what they want from a PM and/or how to interview one effectively (I hoped they'd evolved in 9 years). I'm afraid I would not recommend for serious PMs.
