4 rounds of interviews including a cultural interview. It was smooth and first round is with recruiter. Did not take very long between each round. The cultural interview would have variety of interviewer and you can tell the individuals are not of the same roles or titles.

They would want to understand you as a person during the cultural interview and ask questions that are not related to your skills. Skills competency would be a separate interview
