Another victim of the "ready to hired".
**Note**: I'm not trying to discourage you from applying or completing the interview process this is just my experience.
They never budgeted for my salary expectations, they never told me until I completed the whole process, 4 interviews for a total of 6 hours of my life wasted.
Just be aware of that. The "ready to hired" it's just a kind way of saying we are not going to hired you but thanks 👍.
They asked about technical experiences, about leadership stuff, they asked about the business. The pairing session is easy you only need to have solid knowledge of your programming language.
