      This is an additional note from a previous review post (I could not update the other post as it is over 30 days old). I would like to clarify that after my original glassdoor post; the company then contacted me. Not from HR but from a VP. Once again there were apologies for all the negative experiences I encountered, the lack of feedback and how they were taking this 'seriously' and plan to do better in the future. I wasn't expecting the VP to provide personal family anecdotes (which I found unprofessional and unrelated to the situation at hand) but the intentions were meant to be good. Furthermore, I was told that I would promptly receive a decent Amazon giftcard as an added apology and gesture of goodwill for all of the time that I had spent interviewing for the company (I think it was $200?). This is a complete and utter LIE!! Don't bother believing them. I never received anything of the sort, no follow up and I still have the recording of this Skype conversation from the VP. I'm flat out disappointed when hard working and honest applicants are just treated so awfully.

      Do you know how to produce mock ups? You can submit it any way you like (low-fidelity/high-fidelity) but it would be great if you could submit high-fidelity.

      Contacted by the recruiter and scheduled an interview with their CTO. The CTO forgot to call me on the planned interview time. After getting touch with the recruiter again, the CTO assigned me a design challenge to help them identify issues and provide improvement ideas on their existing product. After that, the recruiter told me that they would not move forward and refused to provide any feedback from the challenge. Completely disrespectful for candidates' time!

      I applied online and received an email from a recruiter, then scheduled a phone interview with their CTO. However, I was rescheduled for several times with last-minute notices. I was assigned with a 1-week design challenge to help them identify current issues and provide some improvement ideas on their existing product--free labor. And they didn' t answer any of my specific questions. Then the similar case happened to me--after the interview and design challenge, they do not want to move forward and refused to give me any feedback.

      Phone screen with CTO, then design test, then onsite. The whole process was pretty straightforward. The questions asked were not very UX/UI focused, which confused me a bit. Asked a lot about previous experience.
