One of the most efficient hiring process I've experienced. One initial phone call, then your in-person where you meet the senior employees and CEO. After that, if you move on you are invited to sit in the office for half a day and see what the office culture is like. You sit with all the senior people who interviewed you and get to really understand the job/company you're applying for. After this, they do a mock call where you pretend to be a recruiter and you call up one of the founders. It's a bit stressful but it was really a lot of fun and cemented my thoughts about wanting to work there. Definitely one of the better process I've been through! They're very efficient and don't waste any time if you're the right fit.

Applied on Indeed and then was contacted by the CEO. We had a call and discussed my background. Format consisted of roles I filled, companies I worked with in the past. Why I was interested in the position at the company etc.
