It was a long and thorough process. I ended up interviewing for a different position than I applied for based on my experience. I met with several different levels of leadership and has a team interview. The hardest part was waiting on the background check and references to come back in a timely manner.

One on one interview with program manager. The interviewer was on time, relatable and respectful. The interview lasted approximately one hour. It was more of a friendly conversation than a rigid interview.
