I had an entry level phone call for my first interview. Second interview was in person. I have a final in person interview that is said to last 25 minutes soon.

You do a first meeting in person to make sure you are personable it seemed. The second interview was about 30-45 minutes and it was just about the actual job its self, and any questions you may have. The last interview is where they will tell you if you got the job or not.
