      Easy interview basically recruiter SDM and then Delivery ops mgr. Not difficult at all. But they can be clearer with expectations while discussing salary was told I'll be working for about 4 companies they wanted to push it to my pod was dealing with 8 then complained when being asked to get a raise

      I wanted to describe my experience with their lack of follow up in their interview process. I was contacted by a Thrive employee and he wanted to set up an interview later in the week. So I emailed him back and asked him about the process so we could get the ball rolling and get a day and time scheduled. He explained the process, but he didn't bother to engage on setting up an interview. I personally thought this was strange. Majority of companies reaching out normally schedule an interview within the second email message, but for some reason, Thrive did not do that. Your company needs to be more concise and direct. That week passed with no additional responses to schedule an interview. I decided to not email this person a third time. I had told the person I was interested in the position and asked about their hiring process and about scheduling an interview. I mean, that should give some indication that I wanted to schedule an interview.
