BEWARE. They will put you through a 6 step process with "homework". I found the homework, which you are expected to complete, often came hours before the interview with no regard for your current situation. Recruiter actually admitted to me he didnt properly read or pay much attention to my responses. They preach culture and teamwork but also claim they live by a "Just f*****g figure it out mentality" which is confusing. They also use an antiquated personality assessment and if they dont like results the process is over. You will be treated like you are interviewing for a W2 salary position which you are not.
