Recruiter reached out for a position in Durham, NC. 1st round: Interviewer was manager of the team. behavioral one. I was selected for next round. 2nd round: telephonic. Asked a bunch of core Java questions. Interviewer was cool. Selected for next round. I was told this is final one. 3rd round: 3 interviewers joined. (2 new guys+the guy who was in the telephonic). Asked about projects, why looking for job now and a simple sorting question. Wrote it and explained it. They wanted me to open ide. I wrote in notepad. The telephonic guy was happy. Other two were surprised why I wrote on notepad. Recruiter reached out for one more final round. 4th round: 3 new interviewers joined. Same format. Project and coding and why are you looking for a job right now. I realized from the moment interview started that they were angry and they were there to find a reason to reject me. When I wrote the program in notepad instead of eclipse, one guy did scold me. He seemed worried and frustrated through out the interview. I then even took the code and ran successfully in eclipse. I realized, they were frustrated as they were not able to find a reason to reject me. Recruiter never reached out to me to tell me that I was rejected. After a month, I reached out to him. He said, I was not selected and can give me reason if I want. I said, Ok give me the reason. He never replied.

Three rounds in total. 1) Technical (Hackerrank screen sharing) 2) Desinging 3) Manegerial I just attended the first round. The technical guy was full of atitude. I think for the first time he is taking an interview and don't know how to talk. Full waste of time. Initially, the coding round was set up for 1 hour, but it kept on going 1h 30 min n longer, at the end i had to say to stop the interview process as its overtime. I am not sure how the company will grow with such people in organization. I would not recommend joining this org if you have to work with such people.
